THE INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup coarse frikeh
• 1 small onion diced
• 2 small carrot diced
• 2 small zucchini diced
• 3 broccoli flowers
•3 cauliflower flowers
•1 tbsp dried coriander, ground
• ½ tsp allspice
• Salt Olive oil

THE PREPARATION METHOD

• Sauté the onion with the carrots and stir, add the freekeh (sorted, cleaned and washed) and stir.
• Add water (2 cups) salt and spices. When the frikeh is almost cooked, add the rest of the vegetables and cook for 7 minutes.
