THE INGREDIENTS

• 200g cooked freekeh( 1cup)
•1 cucumber
•2 tsp parsley(12g)
•1 tsp mint (6g)
•1/4 cup almonds 30g
•2 tsp basil (12g)
•1/4 cup raisin 40g
•2 tsp oil (30 ml)
•2 tbs vinegar ( 30ml)

THE PREPARATION METHOD

• Cut and slice the ingredients: parsley, basil, mint and cucumber
• In a separate bowl, put all together: the cooked freekeh, cucucmber, parsley, basil, almonds and raisin
• Add to the mix olive oil , apple vinegar, salt and pepper , mix very well.
