200g cooked freekeh( 1cup)

1 cucumber

2 tsp parsley(12g)

1 tsp mint (6g)

1/4 cup almonds 30g

2 tsp basil (12g)

1/4 cup raisin 40g

2 tsp oil (30 ml)

2 tbs vinegar ( 30ml)

Preparation method

  • Cut and slice the ingredients: parsley, basil, mint and cucumber

  • In a separate bowl, put all together: the cooked freekeh, cucucmber, parsley, basil, almonds and raisin

  • Add to the mix olive oil , apple vinegar, salt and pepper , mix very well
