THE INGREDIENTS

For chicken balls
• 150g grind chicken
• 2 garlic (6g)
• 1 tbsp red capsicum paste (4g)
• 1 tbsp mustard (4g)
• 1/4 tsp soft ginger (1g)
• pinch sweet paprika
• pinch salt

For sauce
• 2 tomato 200g
• 3 colored capsicum 300g
• 2 onions 200g 1
• 1 tbsp tomato paste 10 g
• 1 tbsp pomegranade syrup 15g
• 2 tbsp olive oil 30g
• 2 cup boiled freekeh 400 g

THE PREPARATION METHOD

• In a bowl, mix the chicken with pepper, ginger, paprika, salt, garlic, capsicum paste and mustard.
• Make medium sized balls
• Fry chicken balls
• After heating the oil, fry the onion slices then add capsicum slices, ground tomatoes, tomato paste, pomegranate syrup, salt and pepper
• Cook the sauce and add to it the chicken balls.
• Serve the chicken balls with sauce and boiled freekeh.
